Put the kibosh on cravings

We've all had those moments of weakness, when only salty chips or sweet chocolate will satisfy. But giving in to cravings, and letting them overpower your life, are two different things.

Recently, Jennifer Simmons, our resident nutritionist, sat down with the editors of LoveToKnow.com to give the low-down on why we have cravings, and how we can avoid succumbing to every last temptation.
