As the bowls of mashed potatoes, baskets of buttery biscuits, and plates of pumpkin pie make their way to your Thanksgiving table this week, it's easy to let your healthy eating habits fall to the wayside.

But they don't have to. Here are some recipes that will add flavor to your meal, without adding inches to your waistline. With these easy-to-follow tips for delicious and nutritious holiday options, you can make the turkey will be the only thing at the table noted for its perfect plumpness.

Raspberry Turkey Delight

5 oz. ground white meat turkey breast, formed into patty
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
5 whole green onions
3 oz. white zinfandel wine (optional)
1 tbsp. fat-free raspberry vinaigrette
Nonfat cooking spray

Coat pan with nonfat cooking spray. Sauté mushrooms, green peppers, and whole green onions. Remove from pan and set aside. Place turkey patty in skillet, and brown each side. Return vegetables to pan. Pour wine into pan, simmer another five minutes, or until turkey is cooked through. Serve hot. Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette before serving.

Pineapple Stuffing

8 slices of lite bread
2 cups canned, crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup lite margarine
Nonfat cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Dice bread into 1-inch cubes. In medium bowl, mix bread and pineapple. Add egg to moisten bread. Mix in cinnamon and ginger. Melt margarine in small microwave-safe bowl. Pour half of the melted margarine over bread mixture and mix well. Coat 8-inch square baking pan with nonfat cooking spray. Spread bread mixture evenly in the pan. Pour remaining margarine over stuffing. Bake 15 minutes. Center of the dish will be firm when done.
