The right mindset leads to the right waist size

Lisa Skiles was bombarded with harsh words like “big-boned,” “large-framed,” and “you’re tall enough to carry the extra weight.” In fact, she heard these words so much she developed the attitude that it was OK to be “big”—until enough was enough.

After many failed attempts at other diets, Lisa joined her local L A Weight Loss center. Lisa immediately saw the plan as a way of life, not a diet. She found the right mindset, made the commitment to herself, and L A Weight Loss did the rest.

Lisa dropped 102 pounds and reached her goal weight of 126 pounds. That was five years ago, and she hasn’t gained an ounce back!! Which just proves what Lisa learned: L A Weight Loss isn't a diet; it's a lifestyle, which Lisa has incorporated into her new life of golfing, shopping, and comfortably fitting into theater and airline seats.

Here's Lisa, at 228 pounds, with her husband:

No, he didn't get remarried ... that's Lisa at a rockin' 126 pounds!!
