Sweet news for cinnamon lovers

And who doesn't love cinnamon? It's tasty, smells delicious, and adds just the right flavor to dozens of desserts, snacks, and beverages.

Recent studies have found varying results about the health benefits of cinnamon, some determining it lowers bad cholesterol and helps control blood glucose levels.
