True blue health benefits packed in a favorite fruit

You've probably heard that blueberries are packed with anti-oxidants, which help fight diseases such as cancer. But that's not the only health benefit these sweet little berries provide.

Blueberries can also lower cholesterol, prevent urinary tract infections, and aid age-related memory loss. Better still, they're versatile to cook with (fresh or frozen!).

We found out more the other day when we chatted with Jennifer Simmons, L A Weight Loss's Director of Nutrition. She told us how blueberries can improve your health, how many blueberries you should eat a day, how to tell a good blueberry from a bad one, and tips on how to cook with the juicy fruit.

It's one podcast you don't want to miss!
