Healthy snacks for 100 calories or less

You might be familiar with 100-calorie snack packs of cookies and crackers. They are a popular way to satisfy snack cravings without consuming too many calories.

But did you know they can cost four times as much as the regular-sized snack package? Talk about breaking the bank!

Why not make healthy, 100-calorie snacks at home instead? It's easy and inexpensive when you know the right foods to prepare.
