How Nicole Ingram swapped potato chips for books

Night shifts, graduate school, and job dissatisfaction packed on pounds for Nicole Ingram -- 60 of them, to be exact. She couldn’t look at herself in photos anymore. And with her job hunt coming up, she had to find size 18 suits ... and those didn’t even fit right.

Then her friend recommended L A Weight Loss, and Nicole signed right up. Healthy eating choices and regular exercise made all the difference, as Nicole dropped 66 pounds and 29 inches in under a year! Now, for the first time in her life, she is wearing a size 4/6.

The best part: Nicole inspired two friends to join the program, and motivated even more of her friends to incorporate healthy food and fitness into their routines. Keep spreading the word, Nicole!

Here's Nicole at an unhappy 213 pounds:

Now, well, 'nuff said, right?
