Losing weight by keeping track

Last week, U.S. News and World Report published an article about the importance of keeping a food diary when trying to lose weight. As a nutritionist, I’m excited to see this research getting national attention. And I can say with the utmost confidence that our most successful clients are the ones that keep a good diary.

At L A Weight Loss, we take the benefits of keeping a diary a step further. The L A Weight Loss Diary not only helps you keep track of what you do eat, but it also serves as a guide to learn how much you should eat. It's a communication tool for your personal weight loss counselor to provide feedback and give guidance for healthy, consistent weight loss.

The diary is an essential part of our program, which teaches life-long nutrition and weight management skills, without having to spend time calorie counting or looking items up on the computer.

Keeping a diary is a great way to begin your weight loss journey. Learning about good nutrition and having someone to assist you is the next step. Why not start today?
