25 years later, Lynette Pryor finally loses the baby weight

Lynette Pryor's weight yo-yo'd many times by the time she gave birth to her fourth child in 1989. In fact, over the course of her 16-year marriage, Lynette had gained 182 pounds, going from 135 pounds to just under 300 pounds.

After her divorce, Lynette knew she could no longer blame her weight gain on married life. She turned to L A Weight Loss, and over the next two years, dropped 164 pounds! She now weighs as much as she did on her wedding day. Talk about being able to fit into your wedding dress again ...

Now this teacher and mother of four is getting the most out of her new lifestyle. In addition to watching what she eats, she starts every day with Pilates and stability ball exercises, and uses an eliptical machine, treadmill, free weights, and stepper at the YMCA after work.
